Are you a new Client? Do you have existing auction credit? Would you like us to take payment from a card on file? Here's how to order...
Please add any lots you wish to purchase to your basket, fill in your details and select Telephone as your payment method. This will reserve your lots without sending immediate payment, allowing us to send you a revised invoice deducting your Introductory Offer if you're a new client, or to take payment from your card on file when we process your order (simply add a comment to the Extra Information box so we know how to handle your order).
USE THE EXTRA INFORMATION BOX DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS TO TELL US ABOUT ANY SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER (eg. delay shipping).
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING: Although you can request and pay for unsold lots straight away, please be aware that we are unlikely to commence shipping Late Sales orders until Monday 26th April at the earliest.
For info, our procedures are such that auction bidders who provide payment details before the closing date are processed during the first despatch phase in bidder number order. We then start shipping goods for those auction bidders who send payment in response to their invoice. Late Sales orders are processed and shipped after completion of the above. We regret we cannot make exceptions in order to expedite shipping Late Sales orders as we believe this would be unfair to auction bidders.
