Sierra Leone : De La Rue Script wmk 'elephant' £5 orange and green ovpt 'SPECIMEN', a very difficult high value to obtain in affordable and collectable condition, sound unused no gum example, traces of having been previously affixed to paper, possibly printers sample book which the blue crayon would suggest, well-centred with good colour. An interesting stamp (UPA CERTIFICATE).
